Interesting wash - at first I thought they were a knight's armour and helmet. If you haven't come across it, there is a clothes-line group on flickr who'd love to have your pic. (I did an ironic one on "money laundering" on my flickr page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/7421570@N08/536814763/ - hope you don't mind my citing it).

@{H} creatives: Hi {H} - I guess I should explain where I came upon this shot. It was taken in "Artisan's Alley" they were hanging from one of the apartment balconies. Don't know the story behind them (or the people who wear them) - just thought it was rather unusual. Guess it pays to always have your camera handy.

This shot has me wondering. It looks like they are made of thing bronze or tin, but the clothesline would be sagging much more than it is if that were the case. Maybe they are some sort of stiff leather??? Interesting shot
